Let’s get started! We’re going to need your files and some information to begin the best post-production process to get your music out to the world! Applicants with new submissions must complete the form below and upload mixed files that are intended for mastering.

If you are resubmitting a song you do NOT need to fill out the form. Only your updated mix file is needed.

The Client named above authorizes COS Mastering to proceed with the mastering process of the entered project and will be solely responsible to insure payment to COS at the time requested. The client also agrees to indemnify and hold harmless COS and/or its proprietors from any and all claims, cost, expenses, liabilities, and damages as a result of the production, distribution, or exhibition of any materials with which COS has furnished any goods or services. The client further agrees that at own expense, to promptly defend and continue the defense of any such claims, demands, actions or proceedings brought against COS. The client agrees to promptly pay any invoice balance due and take possession of the reference mastered files when notified by COS. Payments are nonrefundable but may be held as credit on the account of the client. Project prices that do NOT exceed $500 USD must be PREPAID in full before work begins. Project prices that exceed $500 USD will be paid in two payments.
